All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being closed and financial transactions being suspended. Any change in information must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. If any unauthorized activity occurs on your account, contact vip339 support immediately. Sharing your account with anyone else is prohibited.

3. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at vip339: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (by any method). Deposited amounts will be credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

3.3 Verification Process

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus funds become withdrawable after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

vip339 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and suspend an account if any unusual betting patterns are followed with the aim of earning bonuses, or if fraudulent activity is detected.

4.4 Other Promotions

Special promotions, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournaments may be run from time to time. Specific terms and conditions will apply to each promotion and will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

5. VIP Program

The vip339 VIP program has a total of five tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and participation. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
  • Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP tier benefits apply only while you are active at that tier. If your tier changes, the associated benefits will change accordingly. vip339 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games offered on vip339 — slots, live casino, crash games, and sports betting — are conducted fairly and impartially. All outcomes are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of any technical error or system disruption, vip339 reserves the right to declare the affected round void. In such cases, all staked funds will be fully refunded.

6.3 Fraud and Dishonest Conduct Prohibited

Any form of fraudulent activity, use of software tools, collusion, or attempts to gain an advantage through other dishonest means will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

6.4 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC), football (FIFA), and other sports events, the specific rules for each market apply. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after a match has started.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
